Wm. F. Hunt Memorial Park
The Town Park is Wm. F. Hunt Memorial Park which is located in the northwest corner of town and offers shaded, grassy picnic areas, playground equipment and a shelter house. It also features a walking bridge over Hog Creek which runs north and south through the center of town.

Wanatah also has Lion’s Park located in the southeast corner of town, just adjacent to the school. It features a large, shaded grassy area along with playground equipment and shelter house. Maintained by the Wanatah Area Lion’s Club, it is also the site of the annual spring Easter Egg hunt for children.
